Common Issues

Stuck in Neutral/Gear Selection Failures: The most common symptom is the gearbox failing to shift or getting stuck in neutral, often accompanied by "Transmission Fault" warnings on the dash.

Gate Selector Faults: The gear selector unit may stop providing correct feedback to the TCU (Transmission Control Unit), causing the gearbox to lock in a fail-safe mode or neutral.

Solenoid and Valve Failures: The GS3 controller's solenoid valves are sensitive to contamination; lack of air system cleanliness can lead to oil residue/dirt blockage, resulting in failed shifts.

Contamination and Moisture: Moisture entering the control module can cause seals to swell and block the actuator pistons, leading to specific solenoid failure codes.

When the Fault Occurs
