Administrator/Accounts Assistant

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the accounts dept. & service team in the day-to-day operation of CV Electronics’ accounts systems and work flow systems.

Responsibilities: ·

  • Administration of SAGE Business cloud
  • Using our work flow system
  • Administration of purchase systems and accounts systems
  • Dealing with emails coming into the purchase ledger and accounts payable inbox
  • Dealing with and resolving any invoice queries
  • Processing purchase invoices onto the system
  • General Admin duties
  • Handling accounts calls


  • Good knowledge SAGE accounts software
  • Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience
  • Ability to fit in well with a small team
  • Good knowledge MS Office 365 particularly Excel


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adapts to change quickly
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to manage time and the demands of numerous tasks
  • Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time

CV Electronics is the UK’s Premier Commercial Vehicle Electronics Remanufacturer, we specialise in the remanufacturing of Euro 6 Instrument Clusters, ECU’s, Adblue Pumps for Commercial vehicles including Trucks, Buses, Coaches, Cranes and Agricultural Vehicles.

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, confident and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales Team. Working in the Sales Team, the successful candidate will assist in Customer order administration.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Order processing
  • Coordinating sales orders
  • Dispatch Administration
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Handling incoming sales calls and enquiries
  • General administration and filling duties
  • Act as first point of contact for selected accounts, establishing rapport with your customers
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of selected accounts
  • Supplying order progress information to the customer

Skills required:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of working/communicating well within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience processing and coordinating orders
  • Sage accounts or similar management software experience
  • Experience in a similar role an advantage

Our Ideal Candidate will:

Be computer literate and competent with software packages, in particular Microsoft Office, SAGE and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Sales experience and experience of the Commercial Vehicle industry advantageous but not essential. Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Reporting to the Directors, other duties involve a degree of marketing, general office duties.

Working Hours 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Electronics / Electrical Technician

CV Electronics are looking for an Enthusiast and Highly motivated individual to join its growing team.

The company specialises in the reconditioning of Commercial Vehicle Electronics including instrument clusters, ECUs, Adblue pumps and the majority of the other electronic parts found on a commercial vehicle.

The Role:

   • You will work within the Engineering team and will report directly to the Head of Engineering.

   • You will work on a wide variety of Electronics on PCBs down to component level. This will include fault finding and reconditioning electronics.

   • The role includes stripping and rebuilding a variety of units.

   • Extensively testing electronic units to ensure full functionality.

   • Our services are constantly growing and the successful candidate will receive ongoing training and development.

   • This role demands a “can do” attitude and require a driven individual with lots of energy.


   • Qualification in Electrical Engineering Desirable.

   • A high level of understanding in electronics and fault finding.

   • Ability to solder to a high quality is essential.

   • Electro – Mechanical Assembly

  • Experience in a similar role an advantage.

Salary / Package:

  • Salary £19,000.00 to 22,000.00, Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

  • Hours: 7.30am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)

  • 28 Days Holiday including bank holidays

  • Working in a highly motivated environment.
