Fantastic friendly professional service.

We gave CV a call on a Friday with our issues. They were very helpful and suggested if we could get our ECU to them Monday 8 AM, they would look at it on the day and repair it. This was the case. I took the day off to make the journey to save myself more downtime and they were very professional, anmd knowledgeable ,and saved me a lot of money in the long run. the service is top notch. fast turn around on repair unit. Sent them a note in with the unit to be fixed letting them know to a have a good weekend from our team. Fantastic experience dealing with CV Electronics Ltd

Dropped off a 10 year old gearbox powerpack which barely worked and was in a terrible condition.

Less than 24 hours later I picked it up and it genuinely looked like a brand new unit which they are apparently backing with a 24 month warranty.

Lorry is now shifting gears seamlessly and is riding like a magic carpet.

Thank you will definitely be definitely be back in future when other electrical parts fail.

My Volvo FL240 developed a problem with the VECU unit.
The VECU unit was available from main dealer but it was expensive and would need re-programming once plugged in.
I asked for advice from a couple of large HGV companies and the advice was always to use C V Electronics.
From the first phone call I knew I was in safe hands.
I put together my diagnostic information, filled out the online form and within hours the VECU was collected.
I was given updates at each step of the repair process, when I gave the thumbs up to the repair it was turned around quickly.
My VECU was plugged back into the truck and I have enjoyed the last few days without fault codes!

Having been recommended to send my ECU to be re built/conditioned by CV Electrical the whole process was seamless.  I requested the rebuild at 8.30am, by 12.30pm the UOS driver collected the ECU and it was received the next day.  It took a day to rebuild and then shipped back via next day.
Throughout the process i was informed and via email and in the beginning i was not sure if it could even be fixed.  CV Electronics reconditioned the unit and when i got it back it looked like new, they recoated it and everything.
I highly recommend the service and the Lorry was back up and running right away.

You cannot fault this company first of all I sent an ECU they inspected it and found no fault which was fantastic. I then sent them the power pack from a daft LF which they actually repaired. Excellent.

Quite simply excellent.

We had a faulty transmission power pack for our Iveco Eurocargo ZF gearbox.
The collection of our unit was very quick and our refurbished unit was returned in a matter of days.
Once fitted it was a simple case of bleeding the system and setting the clutch bite point.

Thank you all so much. This prompt service meant we were still able to take our steam engine to our steam rally and not cancel the weekend.
Your communication is fantastic and you have been so helpful with arranging the collection and delivery of our unit.

Absolutely brilliant this company for the second time running they have repaired a ebs/abs control unit for us with a fantastic turn around each time had our Actros up and running and back out earning they are simply the best even sent it back via fedex on a before 12.00 delivery with a lovely packet of strawberry bonboms they was a dam treat but i will be invoicing them for may dental bill proper filling pullers 🤣

I've had several experiences with CV Electronics; if they can't fix the ECU, they'll usually provide a replacement. The process is efficient—just enter the details online, wait for the parcel label email, and collection happens the same or next day. The only downside: the technician always eats all the complimentary sweets!
