We offer free collection of your electronic items for remanufacturing, and secure despatch back to you once work is complete.
While we take every precaution to ensure your goods are handled and transported safely, we understand that some customers may require additional peace of mind.
We will soon be introducing optional Goods in Transit Insurance,
Designed to cover your items against loss during both collection and return delivery.
This optional cover will include:
- Protection against loss in transit during collection and return shipment
- Cover tailored specifically for electronic equipment
- An added layer of security for higher-value items
- Peace of mind from collection through to safe return
This insurance will be entirely optional and available to customers who wish to insure their goods while in transit.

Customer Portal
Our customer portal gives access to our customers and then allows you to see a list of all current and previous jobs, as well as being able to see current progress, status, notes and more. You can also make new enquiries here as well.
