Dave Vickery- Co-Owner & Director

Dave began his career in 2008 within the commercial vehicle electronics market. Quickly recognised for his ability and drive, he was appointed Sales Director, playing a key role in driving the business to record growth. He later transitioned into technical sales in the explosion-proof electronics sector, broadening his expertise. In 2020, Dave co-founded CV Electronics, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge and experience to the industry.

Mike Kuhlmann – Co-Owner & Director

Mike brings over 30 years’ experience in electronic parts remanufacturing. Beginning his career in the 1990s within a commercial motor factors business, he rose to MD of the UK’s largest specialist Commercial Vehicle remanufacturer in 2009. In 2020, he co-founded CV Electronics where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge and strategic insight to drive the company’s development and maintain its position at the forefront of the sector.

Karle Neale- Co-Owner & Director

Karl began his career in 2007, working across various engineering roles that developed his technical expertise. Rising to the position of R&D Director, winning a Silver Award for Hybrid Battery Technology. His continuous improvement took him to Brazil to complete advanced training. In 2021, Karl became co-owner and Director of CV Electronics, where he applies his extensive engineering background to drive the company’s growth and development.

Steve Coupe- Co-Owner & Director

Steve began his career in 2005 with the UK’s leading commercial vehicle electronics manufacturer, joining as an Apprentice Engineer. His talent and technical expertise saw him rise quickly through the ranks, becoming Engineering Director before progressing to the role of MD. In 2021, Steve became Co-Owner and Director of CV Electronics. Steve is considered among the most knowledgeable and experienced engineers in the industry.

Michelle Bates – Office Manager

Michelle has developed her career within the commercial vehicle sector, combining operational and sales experience. She began as a Stores Keeper with Stagecoach before moving to Pawson’s to manage HGV vehicle data records. She then spent three years as a Sales Adviser with a specialist Commercial Vehicle remanufacturer before joining CV Electronics, where she is now Sales Manager, bringing both industry knowledge and strong customer focus to the role.

Nigel Harris – Engineering Manager

With nearly two decades of in the commercial vehicle electronics remanufacturing industry, Nigel began his career in 2007 as a Junior Engineer with one of the UK’s leading remanufacturers. His technical ability saw him progress to Workshop Manager, where he oversaw reman operation. In 2024, Nigel joined CV Electronics as an Engineering Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience to support innovation, quality, and growth within the business.

Paul Skellern – H&S Manager

Paul brings a wealth of experience in to CV Electronics. Throughout his career, he has been committed to creating safe and compliant working environments, ensuring both staff wellbeing and operational efficiency. In his role as Health & Safety Manager at CV Electronics, Paul plays a key part in maintaining the highest levels of workplace health and safety and supporting the company’s culture of continuous improvement.

Mir Lockley – Head of Despatch

Mir leads the Despatch and Goods Inwards department at CV Electronics, ensuring that all parts and products are handled with accuracy and efficiency. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, she oversees the smooth flow of goods into and out of the business. Mir’s commitment to reliability and quality service plays a vital role in supporting both customers and the wider team.

Paul Gelsthorpe – Sales

As part of the Sales and Service team at CV Electronics, Paula plays an important role in supporting customers with their needs. With experience in sales and client service, she works closely with customers to provide efficient, professional solutions. Paula’s focus on building strong relationships ensures the highest level of service and contributes to the company’s ongoing success.
